30th Anniversary
A new, unique version to celebrate 30 years of Tadao, born in 1993 from the ingenuity of Vico Magistretti.
Intuition
A simple, smart idea: to make the wooden slats, usually hidden by the mattress, visible and prominent, defining the aesthetics and rising without interruption to form the headboard.
Function becomes the primary and characterising element of the design.
Easy to dismount,
easy to carry,
light but solid:
in a word, absolutely modern.
Thirty years of Tadao
Born in cherry wood, Tadao has been made over the years in different woods and finishes to adapt to changing tastes, while remaining faithful to the original design and proportions.
Today Flou offers it in coffee oak, in a range of thermo-structured finishes and - on the occasion of its 'birthday' - in natural iroko wood.

For Tadao's 30th birthday, Flou chose Iroko wood and its characteristic warm colouring. A durable wood that will last longer; just like him.
